It could help lower blood cholesterol level but I have stop taking it since it raises my blood sugar level.

Hi Diabetis, actually Oatmeal is a low GI category food, compared to Neocarbs like, flour based products. Maybe you should try dehulled oat flakes to make your oatmeal these have a lower GI than rolled oats or one-minute oats.
